Who we are
InfoFlo, Inc. ("InfoFlo," "we," "us") provides an AI-assisted expert network that scopes topics, records expert conversations (with consent), generates transcripts, and produces synthesized insights for institutional customers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account & business contact data (name, work email, role, company).
- Usage & device data from our website/app (basic logs, analytics).
- Expert participation data: recordings of expert calls, transcripts, and derived summaries/insights (with clear disclosure and consent at time of recording).
How we use data
We use data to:
- Provide and improve the Services (including transcripts and AI-generated insights).
- Operate support, security, troubleshooting, and analytics.
- Communicate about the pilot (service messages; limited product updates).
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
MNPI & compliance. We do not seek or permit the collection or use of material non-public information (MNPI). Customers and experts must follow applicable securities laws and internal policies. Report concerns to the contact below.

- Legitimate interests (security, analytics, service improvement).
- Consent (expert recording/transcription where required).
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for operations and analytics cookies to understand usage. We do not use marketing/advertising cookies for pilot programs. Update your browser settings to control cookies.
Recordings, transcripts, and synthesized outputs
When an expert participates, we present a clear notice/preamble and obtain consent before recording. Audio is transcribed and analyzed to generate deliverables for customers. Experts may request access/deletion, subject to legal and contractual limits.
Sharing
We share data only with:
- Service providers (sub-processors) who help us host, transcribe, analyze, support, or bill the Service, under contract and confidentiality.
- Legal and compliance recipients when required by law or to protect rights/safety.
Current sub-processors: we maintain a live list at trust.infoflo.com/subprocessors so we can keep this policy short and up-to-date.
Security & incident notice
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data. If we confirm a security incident affecting customer or expert data, we will notify without undue delay and provide relevant information and next steps.
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the pilot and our legitimate business or legal purposes. Customer agreements control retention of client deliverables (transcripts/insights). We may retain limited records as required by law, dispute resolution, and audit.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability.
- EU/UK: you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
- US state laws (e.g., CA): you may have additional rights; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by CPRA.
To exercise rights, contact us below and we'll respond consistent with applicable law.
International transfers
We process data primarily in the United States. Where required, cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (and other lawful mechanisms, as applicable).
Children
Our Services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
